The team provides the coffee beans and the equipment; under Dembaba's guidance you roast, grind, and brew your own cup. After the hands-on session you accompany the team to nearby supermarkets and a local shop to observe how the coffee is sold and distributed to other markets, and to meet the people who handle those sales.
