Along the route you move through everyday life, meeting people who work the land and watching the patterns of daily rural work. On clear days the route looks out toward Kitagata Hot Springs nearby. Joseph leads the hike. He is an experienced community tour guide who welcomes visitors, gives a brief safety talk, and explains the farming practices you see. His stories connect the land, the crops, and the people who care for them. The group moves at a steady, comfortable pace so everyone can ask questions. The visit opens with a welcome and short briefing, then a steady climb across the hills. You stop in village clearings to meet farmers and learn about their routine. Midway the trail reaches a scenic viewpoint with wide views over the countryside. On the return you visit a local coffee farm where hosts show the stages of coffee growing and basic preparation. The visit ends with a short tasting of the coffee the farmers prepare.
