About this Experience

The 2 hour guided community and nature walk starts right away from Rwenjeru campsite where your local guide will brief you about the community campsite and what’s ahead as you embark on the exciting walk. During this walk, you will meet the warm and friendly locals of this community, get to see how they live their daily lives. Most of the homesteads in this community are pastoralists who keep the popular long horned cattle, you will get to walk through some farms where you can interact with these farmers . While on the walk you can expect to sight several bird species . This community is located a few kilometers from Lake Mburo National park which is home to various bird and animal species .
